School run, must go, can't stop....

Dear Jeremy Vine,
Living at the top of a steep hill, I decided to reduce my carbon footprint and make the family school run and my journey to work more eco friendly. I bought myself a new super duper bike from a local store (chose local to be greener) and prepared for the journey. My two children, who are at primary school, are currently studying the Vikings so we thought that we would make our own helmets out of paper mache and have some prime 'family' time instead of watching he TV. We made some lovely helmets and painted them in different bright colours (pink, yellow, purple and green) for safety. Next morning we were ready for our school run. I bagged the saddle (no pun intended) and my wife sat in front on the handlebars with my daughter on my shoulders and my son safely on the luggage rack behind. We wobbled a bit but soon reached the crest of the hill and off we went, Ten, twenty, thirty miles per hour with our multicoloured Viking helmets to protect us we raced down the hill. We sniggered as we zoomed past the gas guzzling cars and four by fours. As we were nearing the bottom of the hill my wife laughingly shouted a question at me 'This eco travel is such fun, what make of bike did you say this was?' 'Oh it's one of those new eco friendly Japanese things, made one of their car companies, it's called the Pius.......
