New Years Eve

It won't be long now until 2007 is just a memory to look back on. Looking forward to a New Years Eve Soiree at Dennis and Lucia's to see in the New Year. It's a fancy dress do, literary characters, we've chosen Beverley and Laurence from the play 'Abigail's Party' by Mike Leigh - having lived through the late 70's we can be reasonably authentic. This play has always been one of my personal favourites, the characterisation of a typical 'middle class' couple and their neighbours during a rather disasterous party is very amusing. We also have to take a dvd clip and something to read out, so it could be a bit of a laugh if everyone gets into it! All will be revealed tomorrow when I will review the best bits!
