the wrong side of 55.....

just realised as it was my bday yesterday that makes me on the wrong side of 55!!! so to turn back time i'm blogging whilst listening to dire straits brothers in arms..doneit take you back! still i don't intend to concern myself with how many years have passed but rather be thankful for my life so far and all the strands that have intertwined to sustain me and make me feel good about life, a fantastic wife, a brilliant family and grandkids, a lovely place to live, more things than i really need or ever use to thier full potential and a job i enjoy. well there you go and long may it continue. to discover new abilities, experience new places and to interact more positively with others are aims for the rest of my life as i jog down the long (i hope) gentle slope and eventually fall off the edge.......
