thats a nice tin of beans...i'll ave that

half awake i was sure i heard burgler bill upstairs. i opened my eyes slowly and a thought suddenly crossed my mind. but we don't have curtains. where am i of course i'm not at home am i'm in darlington at emmas. i have to say transporting yourself from exeter to newcastle in an hour on a flybe dash 8 and to darlington in another half hour instead of slogging through the traffic on the m5 and m1 is brilliant. especially as it is less expensive! it meant that after lunch we took a well earned stroll around the victorian park which is being reserected exceptionally well just down the road from emmas house. after that we had a lazy evening celebrating emas 24th with a meal a couple of bottle of wine and a ginormous hot chocolate fudge cake followed by a hour or so of poker. the house is looking great shame they've got to leave it and everyone is doin well so we're looking forward to an enjoyable long weekend break together..better get some breakfast....
