A deep breath and.......

so this weekend was quite busy friday off working on the bathroom and evening went out to firehouse pub for eats and drinks with marg dennis and marion good fun and bumped into a couple of old friends sat morning zoomed out to mansons guitar shop for some strings and a couple of plectrums not to be caught out at louisa (one of marg's ex dental colleagues) and chris's wedding which I had to play at during the signing of the register accompanying dale the ex wife of our lodger dennis we performed the song you raise me up and glad to say it went really well we even got applause ok I didn't have to mention that bit but after not performing in public for a while it was good to get it right drinks on the green a denbury after the wedding then back to exeter for the afternoon to food shop and do a bit more bathrooming before zooming back to torquay for the evening event at livermead hotel on the sea front quite nice to chat to some people we hadn't seen for a while but not to suffer the naf disco yuk sunday supposed the have my brother and family over for the day but illness prevented them from coming so steve sarah and kiddiwinks came instead to help eat the extra food no problem there and they even managed to pick some of our apples and bring an apple crumble made with a previous picking obviously the early afternoon was dominated by the italian grand prix which was pretty exiting yes it was and kimi was robbed this only left the evening so we went over to s & s's to play the dreaded poker which neil won by a mile and I ended up £3.95 well thats better than a poker in the eye I suppose and by the time we got home we were quite knackered a bit like I feel after doing this blog breathe out.......
