What a week!

Had a great few days off, days just got hotter and hotter. Managed to do most/some of the scheduled tasks and improve the house. Lounge and hall now look fab. Lots of different emotions going on throughout the week though. Margs Mum very ill, Adam's gran died, the Olympic result and then the terrorist bombs. Can't imagine anything much worse than being blown up in a tube train. So much carnage and hurt to innocent victims and their families to gain what? Nothing except the realisation that these 'extremists' must be extremely misguided, extremely cowardly and extremely wrong in thinking these acts will further their cause.
I certainly have the highest regard for the forensic teams and those dealing with the outcome, it must be horrific, and for those who are still waiting for friends and relatives to be identified.
